Rave Reviews By Nonnie Jules

Hello and welcome to “WHO’S ON THE SHELF?” with yours truly, Nonnie Jules!  Since we are a book club, we had to offer something that included a book shelf.  A lot of interviews merely cover an author’s work or an individual’s career stories.  Here on this “SHELF,”  we get down and dirty and ask the questions no other interviewer dare ask.  We ask the questions that you want to open up a book and find the answers to on your favorite authors and fellow book club members, but no one has dared to cover them.  WE get personal!  Because when you sit on the RRBC “SHELF”, YOU are an open book!

Today, I have with me on the “SHELF” our Current “SPOTLIGHT” Author, Peggy Hattendorf!

I want to encourage you to begin to live a life in which you focus on others some of the time.  I am not challenging you to become the modern-day Gandhi where you quit your job, take up a life of mission work and trek off to save the world from poverty, hunger and war.  I am simply saying that each of us need to consider what we are doing to make the world a better place in the form of helping.

Many of us complain about our modern world, societies failures and the latest shocking news story.  And complain is all manyIMG_7125 in society ever do.

I know for a fact that adopting the worldview of being charitable will bring you fulfillment in life.  Giving your time, conversation, love and kindness to another human being will bring joy into your life and fill your heart in ways you never…

Just a Thought

Amen. We may not want to hear it either when the doctor says the cure what ails us is to get more exercise or lose some weight, but that doesn’t change the fact that our health may depend on it.

Truth in Palmyra

We may not like God’s truth, and we may not agree with it, but it remains truth for all of us nonetheless
